WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a one to one professional relationship between Coach and Client.  Coaching is a practical and holistic approach to helping you achieve MORE out of your life and is totally results orientated. 

Coaching sessions provide you with the opportunity to talk about the things that are important to you. It’s an opportunity for personal growth – to re-establish enthusiasm, self belief, clarity and confidence in your life. Coaching also provides you with a structure designed to keep you accountable for achieving your personal objectives and to get MORE out of your life. 

We do believe that Clients know their life and business best.  Unlike consulting, a coach will not “tell” you what is best for you.  Instead, you and your Coach will develop strategies specific to you and your goals. 

 HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?

Your responsibilities as the Client

You are responsible for setting and achieving the goals you wish to achieve in coaching.  You are responsible for the choices and action you take (or don’t take) to achieve your goals. 

There may be actions for you at the end of the coaching session, however, action is not mandatory – it is your choice and responsibility to reject or accept ideas resulting from coaching sessions.

Your responsibility is to come ready to invest your time and energy. 

Our responsibilities as the Coach

Your coach is responsible to support, challenge and guide you toward achieving your goals and outcomes you have identified for yourself.

Your Coach will help you clarify your understanding of the issues and goals you have set, and will provide fresh ideas and resources that are directed at your chosen goals.

Your Coach will act in your best interests and will take care to protect your confidentiality.

Frequency and Duration of Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions normally last between 50 – 60 minutes.  We will agree the number of sessions for each month in advance, and this will form the monthly coaching plan.  The number of monthly sessions can then be adjusted up or down for the coming month. 

Sessions will be conducted in person, via phone or Skype.
